/ Adam Dahl
Running for State Representative
Adam is a progressive humanitarian. He has experienced economic hardship himself and went into public service to improve the lives of all people. Adam was born in Janesville, Wisconsin and has spent most of the last 17 years living in Madison. In 2014 he moved to the town of Dunn.
Growing up as a child his family didn’t have a lot of money but his parents and grandparents taught him the value of hard work. Adam’s father went to high school with Russ Feingold and Adam’s mother taught him the golden rule; to “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Adam still takes this philosophy with him each day, believing strongly that one treats others with kindness and respect no matter what disagreements may exist.
As a youth, Adam excelled in school and was often at the top of his class. However, when he was sixteen, Adam’s mother was run over by a car and died. He couldn’t afford to go to college; so he worked a number of different jobs in restaurants, retail stores, and factories to pay the bills and put food on the table. He knows personally the fear of working paycheck to paycheck and the labor of having to work several low paying jobs just to make ends meet.
