Angela Conley was born and raised in South Minneapolis and continues to make her home there with her four children. She is the youngest daughter born to parents who were hard-working, union laborers. She is a nearly twenty-year employee of state and county public services and holds a master's degree in Public Administration. Angela is a renter in the historic Bryant neighborhood of Minneapolis. She serves as President of the Bryant Neighborhood Organization and has been a vocal advocate for racial justice in the community. She has worked tirelessly to change systems at the macro level, both at the state and county, in ways that are holistic, person-first and seamless.
