Born in 1986, attended Cornell Univ where "he was noted for his leadership and social commitment, serving as president of the Puerto Rican Association of Cornell University." History of student activism. "In 2011,became a legislative advisor to current Majority Spokesman, Carlos "Charlie" Hernandez. In 2013, the representative and chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Luis Vega Ramos, appointed him as CEO of this important legislative committee. During these years, Natal Albelo chaired the Delegation of San Juan of the Bar Association and Lawyers of Puerto Rico and actively participated in the Commission of Lawyers and Young Lawyers of that institution. Elected as At-Large Rep in 2014 and won with 54% of the vote. Has authored about 95 legislative measures with a focus on promoting opportunities for youth, developing local entrepreneurship, PR's fiscal issues, and creating new economic opportunities for PR. Proposed restructuring of PR debt.
