Michael Deangelo Jackson is an educator, healthcare professional and civic leader. He is a Vice President of National Nurses United, the largest US union of nurses. He served in the US Marine Corps and is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He has lived in Chula Vista with his wife and children for 13 years.
Michael is running for school board to strengthen the voice of working families. Michael is a strong believer in public education and has been a nurse educator and faculty member on the California Board of Registered Nursing for 4 years. Michael believes in linking health care and education as a unified mission.
