Filipino by birth, Will King moved to the United States at the age of two. Will was raised in Michigan where he learned the value of hard work from a farming community. He decided to give back to the country he loves by serving as a Navy veteran. Will left the active duty Navy in 2003 and started a career with the U.S. Capitol Police. He then moved on to the Federal Air Marshal Service which he retired from in September 2015. With combined 25 years of service to his country, Will feels compelled to serve his community. He is a self-described natural leader with proven leadership and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and walks of life. Will is ready to become the independent voice for the people of the 18th District.
