Iris Halpern — House District 6

Iris Halpern has spent her career taking on powerful institutions — and now she’s ready to bring that fight to the State Capitol.

A civil and workers’ rights attorney, Iris previously worked as a national organizer for SEIU and served as an Acting Supervisory Attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Denver. Her legal career has included fighting for workers facing wage theft, victims of workplace harassment and discrimination, transgender employees, immigrant workers, teachers and librarians fighting book bans, and others whose rights have been violated.

Now, Iris is running to take that same fighting spirit to the Colorado House.

Monica VanBuskirk — House District 9

Monica VanBuskirk (HD-9) — a longtime healthcare policy advocate with two decades of experience helping shape policies that expand access to affordable coverage for Colorado families.

Monica helped develop major healthcare reforms, including the Colorado Option and programs that make insurance more affordable. Now she’s running to lower costs for working families, protect clean air and water, strengthen public services, and expand affordable housing and reliable public transportation.

Junie Joseph — House District 10

Junie Joseph brings a global commitment to human rights and a deeply local commitment to the people of Boulder.

Before entering the Colorado Legislature, Junie worked with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva and USAID in Côte d’Ivoire. She went on to serve on the Boulder City Council and as Mayor Pro Tem before becoming the State Representative for House District 10.

Her guiding philosophy is simple: everybody wins when everybody wins.

From fighting climate change and addressing Colorado’s housing crisis to defending reproductive rights and strengthening worker power, Junie is proving that progressive government can deliver tangible results while making sure nobody gets left behind.

Steph Vigil — House District 16

Steph Vigil knows the struggles facing working people because she has lived them.

Steph has experienced housing and transportation insecurity and describes herself as someone who came to public service not from the political class, but with working-class grit and firsthand knowledge of what happens when people are left behind by the status quo.

She turned those experiences into action.

When Steph previously represented House District 16, she put working families at the center of her work, took on corporate lobbyists, and helped pass legislation strengthening worker protections while advancing more affordable housing, better transportation, and environmental protections.

Steph’s campaign is about turning struggle into solidarity — and building a government that gives every Coloradan a real foundation to thrive.

Kenny Nguyen — House District 33

Kenny Nguyen represents a new generation of Colorado leadership rooted in community and public service.

Born and raised in Colorado to Vietnamese refugees, Kenny was the first in his family to graduate from college and later earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.

His path into politics began with service. Kenny worked with young people in underserved communities through AmeriCorps and the “I Have a Dream” Foundation, became a community organizer, spent more than five years working for Colorado Lieutenant Governor Dianne Primavera, and was elected to the Broomfield City Council.

In January 2026, Kenny was appointed to represent House District 33 in the Colorado Legislature.

Now he’s fighting to continue that work — with a focus on protecting vulnerable Coloradans, tackling soaring housing costs, strengthening infrastructure, and expanding public transportation.

Iris Halpern, Junie Joseph, Steph Vigil, and Kenny Nguyen each bring something different to this movement — a workers’ rights attorney who has spent her career taking on powerful institutions, a human rights advocate turned legislator, a working-class fighter shaped by lived experience, and the son of refugees who built a career in public service.

But they share the same fundamental belief: government should work for working people, not wealthy corporations and powerful special interests.

Amanda Gonzalez for Colorado Secretary of State

At a time when our democracy is under attack, Colorado needs a leader who will protect the vote, expand access, and take on the influence of big money in politics.

That’s why Our Revolution is proud to endorse Amanda Gonzalez for Colorado Secretary of State.

Amanda Gonzalez is a voting rights attorney and democracy advocate who has spent her career fighting to ensure government works for everyone — not just the powerful. As the elected Clerk & Recorder for Jefferson County, she oversees elections for hundreds of thousands of voters and has worked to make them more accessible, secure, and transparent.

Before serving in elected office, Amanda was the executive director of Colorado Common Cause, where she helped advance reforms to strengthen democracy — including expanding ballot access and reducing the influence of money in politics.

She has been a leader in building a more inclusive democracy — helping pass policies like automatic voter registration, increasing secure ballot drop boxes, and supporting independent redistricting to ensure fair representation.

Amanda’s campaign is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: our democracy should belong to the people.

She represents a new generation of leadership — grounded in protecting voting rights, expanding access, and ensuring transparency and accountability in our elections.

That’s why Our Revolution is proud to endorse Melat Kiros for U.S. Congress.

Melat Kiros is a lawyer, PhD student, and grassroots candidate running to bring a new generation of leadership to Washington — accountable to working people, not corporate PACs or entrenched political power.

Her campaign is rooted in a clear, unapologetic progressive vision.

Melat is running on a platform that includes:

• Medicare for All — guaranteeing healthcare as a human right
• Housing First — treating housing as a public good and ending homelessness
• Universal childcare — ensuring every family has the support they need
• Ending corporate influence in politics — rejecting corporate PAC money
• An arms embargo rooted in human rights and accountability in U.S. foreign policy
