Francesca Hong has spent her life fighting for working people. The daughter of immigrants, a chef, small business owner, community organizer, and mom, she understands firsthand the challenges facing families who work hard every day and still struggle to get ahead.
Her journey from the service industry to the Wisconsin State Legislature reflects the values that have guided her public service: dignity, opportunity, and a belief that government should work for everyone.
Francesca has made clear that Wisconsin’s future should not be dictated by corporate interests or wealthy insiders. She is running a grassroots campaign powered by people, not corporate PACs, and is building a movement that brings together workers, families, and communities across the state.
She continues to center the needs of working families and advocate for policies that help people thrive rather than merely survive. That’s why Francesca is committed to the fight for Medicare for All, free school meals, universal childcare, higher wages and paid leave, tenant rights, and closing tax loopholes for billionaires and big corporations.
