Mark Pocan for Congress in Wisconsin’s 2nd District

For more than a decade, Congressman Mark Pocan has been one of the strongest progressive voices in Washington — fighting for working people, standing up for economic and social justice, and delivering bold leadership in Congress.

That’s why Our Revolution is proud to endorse Mark Pocan for re-election to Congress in Wisconsin’s 2nd District.

Since first being elected to Congress in 2012 after serving 14 years in the Wisconsin State Assembly, Mark has built a reputation as a principled progressive who never loses sight of who he works for. A former small business owner and union member, he has spent his career fighting to improve the lives of working families and advancing policies rooted in fairness and opportunity.

In Congress, Mark serves on the House Appropriations Committee, where he helps shape investments in education, labor, health care, and other priorities that directly impact communities across the country. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Congressional Equality Caucus, Co-Chair of the Congressional Labor Caucus, and Chair Emeritus of the Congressional Progressive Caucus — reflecting his long-standing commitment to advancing progressive values and defending the rights of working people.

Mark continues to lead on the issues that matter most. He has worked to make college more affordable by introducing legislation to double the Pell Grant, advocated for human rights abroad, fought to protect civil liberties at home, and continued to challenge wasteful military spending while defending investments that strengthen American families.

At a time when corporate interests and billionaires are exerting unprecedented influence over our democracy, we need proven leaders who will fight for everyday people—not the powerful few. Mark Pocan has consistently been that leader.

Our Revolution is proud to stand with Mark because we know he’ll continue fighting for workers’ rights, equality, quality public education, affordable health care, and an economy that works for everyone.

Primary Election Day is August 11th.

When we organize, we win.
