Gina Mitten and Raychel Proudie for Missouri State Senate

This November, Missouri voters have an opportunity to send two experienced progressive leaders to the State Senate who have already spent years fighting for their communities.

Our Revolution is proud to support Gina Mitten in Senate District 4 and Raychel Proudie in Senate District 14 — two leaders with records of standing up for working families and bringing accountability to Jefferson City.

Gina Mitten — State Senate District 4

Gina Mitten is an attorney and former state representative with deep roots in the St. Louis community. During eight years in the Missouri House, she held Democratic leadership positions and built a record around government accountability, education, reproductive freedom, environmental protection, and workers’ rights. 

Gina is running for the State Senate promising to continue the fight for reproductive freedom, strong public schools, workers, and a state government accountable to the people it serves. 

Raychel Proudie — State Senate District 14

Raychel Proudie has represented her community in the Missouri House since 2019, bringing her background in education and mental health to fights affecting working families across St. Louis County. Her campaign points to tangible victories, including securing and restoring millions of dollars for domestic violence services, restoring funding for the AFL-CIO MO Works program, and securing resources to demolish derelict buildings in Kinloch. 

Now, Raychel is running to take that experience to the State Senate and continue working on issues including education, healthcare, workers’ rights, public safety, reproductive freedom, and investments in communities across District 14.

Five Missouri Progressives for Re-Election to State House

This November, Missouri voters have a chance to send proven progressive voices back to Jefferson City.

Our Revolution is proud to support the re-election of Wick Thomas, Adrian Plank, Elizabeth “Lilly” Fuchs, Ray Reed, and Jeremy Dean — five state representatives who bring different experiences to the Capitol but share a commitment to working people and communities too often shut out of political power.

From workers’ rights and public education to reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ equality, affordable healthcare, and housing, these are fights that are being decided in statehouses across America. Here are five Missouri representatives running to keep that work going.

Wick Thomas — House District 19

Wick Thomas is a lifelong Missourian, librarian, community advocate, and longtime champion for Kansas City’s young people. Their campaign is rooted in strengthening public schools and libraries, defending reproductive freedom and LGBTQ+ communities, supporting unions and small businesses, and making healthcare and housing more affordable.

Wick has also pledged to keep fighting book bans and discrimination while protecting the right of working people to organize and earn a fair wage. 

Adrian Plank — House District 47

Adrian Plank knows firsthand what a union can mean for a working family. After losing his small business during the Great Recession, Adrian became a union carpenter and helped organize the successful fight against Missouri’s so-called “Right-to-Work” law.

That working-class experience remains at the heart of his politics. Adrian is fighting for workers’ right to organize, reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ rights, gun-safety measures, community solar, and more sustainable agriculture. 

Elizabeth “Lilly” Fuchs — House District 80

Elizabeth “Lilly” Fuchs is an advocate, educator, and unapologetic champion for LGBTQ+ Missourians. Before running for office, she spent years working in education and organizing for equality — experiences she has brought with her to Jefferson City.

Lilly’s priorities include protecting abortion and contraception access, fully funding public schools, expanding healthcare access, defending LGBTQ+ rights, and protecting workers’ right to bargain and organize. 

Ray Reed — House District 83

Ray Reed represents a new generation of leadership in the Missouri House, and his campaign says he has used his first term to speak out against attacks on reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ families, and public education.

Ray describes the coalition behind his campaign as one built by workers, young people, teachers, and advocates for fundamental freedoms — and he’s running to keep that coalition represented in Jefferson City.

Jeremy Dean — House District 132

Jeremy Dean is a lifelong Springfield resident and community advocate whose path to the State House ran through healthcare and nonprofit work. Before being elected in 2024, he worked as a caregiver for people with developmental disabilities, in an OB/GYN clinic, and with a local nonprofit creating pathways to homeownership. 

In office, Jeremy says he has fought to lower costs, expand safe and accessible housing, secure fair pay for workers, fully fund public schools, and protect healthcare and bodily autonomy. He also supports collective bargaining and an economy that invests in workers and local communities rather than simply benefiting large corporations.

Working-Class Fighters for the Missouri House

This November, Missouri voters have an opportunity to send a new generation of leaders to Jefferson City — leaders rooted in their communities and ready to fight for working people.

Across the state, Our Revolution is backing candidates who are taking on corporate power, defending public education and workers’ rights, protecting reproductive freedom, lowering costs, and putting the voices of everyday Missourians ahead of powerful special interests.

From St. Louis and its suburbs to Springfield and St. Charles, these candidates are building the kind of grassroots power we need to change Missouri from the bottom up.

Don Looney — House District 63

Don Looney is a union member, father, and longtime advocate for working people running to represent HD-63. His children attended Wentzville public schools, and his own experience as a UAW member informs a campaign centered squarely on economic justice.

Don is fighting to strengthen unions and workers’ rights, raise wages, expand healthcare, protect reproductive freedom, and provide free early childhood education. 

Nicole Greer — House District 71

Nicole Greer is bringing years of local public service to the fight for HD-71. She represented Ward 2 on the Creve Coeur City Council from 2020–2024, served as Council President, and returned to the council in 2025.

Now, Nicole is running to take that community-focused leadership to Jefferson City and give residents of Creve Coeur and northern unincorporated St. Louis County a stronger voice in state government. 

Kennedy Moore — House District 73

Kennedy Moore is a Ferguson community organizer who has built her campaign around people-powered leadership.

Her organizing has focused on helping everyday Missourians challenge systems that leave communities without a meaningful voice in the decisions affecting their lives. She’s running to bring that grassroots organizing experience directly into the Missouri House.

Rachel D’Souza — House District 79

Rachel D’Souza is a lifelong Missourian, small-business owner, nonprofit leader, and mom of two running to build what she calls a “healthier, fairer Missouri.”

Born and raised in St. Louis, Rachel currently serves as an appointed official with the St. Louis Housing Authority, where her work includes expanding access to safe, stable, affordable housing. Her campaign is centered on working families, strong communities, equity and opportunity, and accountable government. 

Jimmy Lappe — House District 81

Jimmy Lappe is a labor activist, IBEW Local 1 member, former St. Louis alderman, and public-school parent with decades of grassroots organizing experience.

Jimmy is running on a distinctly pro-worker agenda: defending collective bargaining, opposing “Right to Work,” protecting public education, strengthening Missouri’s social safety net, and defending the ballot initiative process so voters — not politicians — have the final say. His campaign website is listed as JimmyLappe.com by IBEW Government Affairs. 

Matt Vitale — House District 96

Matt Vitale is a public-school dad running to break the Republican supermajority in Jefferson City.

His campaign draws a sharp contrast around two kitchen-table issues: fully funding public schools and protecting fair labor standards, including earned sick leave. Matt is running on the argument that Missouri’s government should respect the decisions voters make at the ballot box instead of overriding them.

Tori Schafer — House District 99

Tori Schafer has spent her career defending the constitutional rights of Missourians, including reproductive freedom and voting access.

She’s running to put that experience to work in Jefferson City, with priorities including strong public schools, affordable living, accessible healthcare, environmental protection, gun-violence prevention, and a government that listens to its people. 

Mary Ann Perkins — House District 100

Mary Ann Perkins came home to Missouri after spending more than 15 years working with the United Nations overseas — and jumped into the fight for reproductive freedom.

Her campaign points to her work opposing Missouri’s abortion ban and organizing around the successful constitutional amendment protecting abortion rights. Now she’s running to defend reproductive freedom, public education, earned sick leave, and the power of Missouri voters to make decisions at the ballot box. 

Cat Clayton — House District 105

Cat Clayton is running in St. Charles to bring a fresh perspective and greater accountability to the Missouri House.

A lifelong independent before becoming a candidate, Cat says Missouri needs more balance in Jefferson City and representatives willing to listen rather than simply follow partisan politics. Her campaign is focused on everyday affordability, public education, and healthcare. 

Katelyn Zach — House District 133

Katelyn Zach is a Springfield community advocate whose work has put her face-to-face with Missouri’s affordability and housing crises.

After working for a nonprofit helping families achieve financial stability and homeownership, Katelyn became a case manager working directly with people experiencing homelessness. She’s running for HD-133 with firsthand experience of what happens when families are forced to choose between necessities like rent and groceries.

Doug Clemens for St. Louis County Assessor

Our Revolution is proud to endorse Doug Clemens for St. Louis County Assessor — a longtime public servant and community advocate running to make sure property assessments are handled fairly, transparently, and with accountability to the people of St. Louis County.

Doug currently represents District 72 in the Missouri House, where he has served since 2019. A lifelong St. Louis resident, he has also been a union member and spent years fighting for environmental justice in his community, including as a founding member and longtime chair of the West Lake/Bridgeton Landfill Community Advisory Group.

Now, Doug is running to bring that experience to an office that has a direct impact on the finances of families, renters, homeowners, and small businesses across St. Louis County.

Fairness and Transparency for St. Louis County

Property assessments aren’t just numbers on a piece of paper. They can directly affect tax bills and household finances — which is why residents deserve an Assessor’s office they can trust.

Doug’s campaign is centered on transparency, fairness, and accountability. He says his work in the legislature has focused on government accountability and protecting residents from unfair or opaque administrative decisions — principles he intends to bring to the Assessor’s office.

For Doug, that also means an office that communicates clearly with residents and treats the people it serves with compassion and respect.

A Record Rooted in Community

Doug’s commitment to public service goes back long before his time in the legislature.

He has been an advocate for removing radioactive waste from the West Lake Landfill since he was 18 and later helped found the community advisory group addressing the issue, serving as its chair for more than four years. His background also includes membership in UAW Local 282 and UFCW Local 655, as well as work with organizations representing local businesses, homebuilders, and realtors. 

That range of experience matters for an office responsible for property assessments across a large and diverse county.
