HEADLINES: Final March to the Midterms | Senate Six + 22 New House Progressives? | Record Early Voting Nationwide + No Kings! | Flipping Seats | Putting AIPAC on Defense | State Power | Taxing Billionaires | & MORE!
THE FINAL MARCH TO THE MIDTERMS!
With just TEN DAYS to Election Day, what we do now can change the direction of our country. Will we build a progressive future or will Trump and the Oligarchs continue the corruption?
On Monday, Our Revolution brought together candidates and progressive leaders on a national March to the Midterms Town Hall to organize for VICTORY.
Our Revolution Executive Director Joseph Geevarghese laid out the stakes and our strategy: We’re on the way to making 5 MILLION VOTER CONTACTS to elect 6 new progressive senators and 22 additional progressives to the House.
“It's important to recognize that the blue wave is likely to be a progressive wave. And the incoming class of progressives has clear demands,” Joseph told USA TODAY.
That means we must double down on voter turnout work NOW — the polls are rosy for Democrats but pollsters warn they could be off by several points.
“We must fight like we’re 5 points down. We must out-organize the Big Money by talking directly to voters on the phones and at the doors.”

THE SUPER SENATE SIX
In ten days, we could add SIX bold new champions to join Bernie Sanders and Chris Van Hollen in the U.S. Senate: Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, Troy Jackson in Maine, Peggy Flanagan in Minnesota, James Talarico in Texas, Angie Nixon in Florida, and Charles Booker in Kentucky.
Expanding the Senate’s progressive bloc would be a game-changer for the future of healthcare, taxes, corporate accountability, and our ability to hold Trump and the Oligarchs accountable.
CHIP IN TO HELP ELECT THE SENATE SIX!
Sen. Chris Van Hollen joined Monday's call to discuss the influence of super PACs and the policy debates that would confront a new Congress.
“This really is people-power against super PACs. It's the power of the many against the money,” he said.
Van Hollen connected the debate over money in politics to concrete economic issues: the cost of prescription drugs, tax advantages for billionaires, corporate subsidies, and the growing demand for electricity and water from AI data centers.
With leadership from Van Hollen and a growing bloc of Senate progressives, we can shape a new future for working families. “It's not enough simply to argue that we’ve got to return to the pre-Trump status quo.”
THE POTENTIAL FOR 22 NEW HOUSE PROGRESSIVES
The Congressional Progressive Caucus has grown substantially since the first members of the Squad entered Congress in 2018. The 2026 elections could bring a record-breaking wave of new progressives to the House.
Rep. Becca Balint, who chairs the CPC's Ending Corporate Greed Task Force, joined Monday’s call to explain what that could mean for the fight against corporate power — especially if we win back control of Congress on November 3rd.
“We have to come in swinging,” she said.
Balint named the targets: pharmaceutical middlemen driving up healthcare costs, corporate consolidation, challenging powerful industries, and getting money out of politics.
And she made clear that the current progressive bloc sees the incoming class as important to its legislative work. “We need reinforcements.”
Some of those reinforcements joined the call, two on the cusp of flipping red seats.
THE FIGHT TO FLIP RED SEATS
In California's Central Valley, Randy Villegas is challenging Republican Rep. David Valadao in the 22nd Congressional District.
Randy, a union teacher, has been connecting directly with families struggling with healthcare costs, grocery bills, and the influence of corporate donors. “Nobody should have to fight cancer and their congressman at the same time.”
He summed up his criticism of campaign finance in one memorable line: “Tell me who you're taking money from and I'll tell you who you're taking orders from.”
Meanwhile, in Michigan’s 7th Congressional District, Will Lawrence is bringing his background as a climate and tenants rights organizer into his campaign.
On Monday, Will told our movement how grateful he is to the volunteers who have knocked nearly 200,000 doors — primarily around Lansing, MI — and the importance of grassroots voter turnout when facing tens of millions of outside spending.
“People are sick of the status quo,” he said. That’s why he’s fighting data centers and giving local people a voice over their communities. But it starts by getting involved in this election.

MELAT KIROS: FROM A PRIMARY UPSET TO THE NATIONAL STAGE
Colorado’s Melat Kiros had grassroots muscle behind her when she defeated the incumbent Democrat last summer — now, she’s ready to take on the machine in Washington DC.
“Democracy is not a spectator sport,” she told us, stressing the importance of participating in elections as well as staying active long after the elections are over to bring pressure to bear on decision-makers.
Melat said elected officials must be made accountable to the organizing movements that helped bring them into office. And Our Revolution is proud to continue our work for representation inside the Democratic Party and elevate the role of the grassroots between elections.
CANDIDATE SPOTLIGHT: AISHA WAHAB VS. AIPAC
Newly elected Rep. Aisha Wahab knows firsthand what it means to go up against massive outside spending from AIPAC — and win.
After facing millions of dollars in the special election, Aisha told us the answer isn't trying to match Big Money dollar for dollar. It's about connecting directly with voters at the doors, on the phones, and delivering a clear contrast to the opposition.
“Our Revolution was with us here on the ground. Real people telling neighbors why they’re voting, what they care about, what they want to see done — that’s really the biggest part of our campaign and how we were able to push back.”
Significantly, AIPAC just announced it will end candidate endorsements and direct contributions after the midterms—a retreat that reflects the effectiveness of grassroots organizing in key races like Aisha’s and the progressive movement’s coordinated effort to expose its right-wing agenda and demanding accountability for enabling Israeli apartheid.
But its United Democracy Project super PAC remains active. That’s why Our Revolution is committed to overturning Citizens United and pushing to get the Democratic Party to ban dark and corporate money in the 2028 primaries. We need more transparency and accountabilty —not political spending pushed further into the shadows.

FROM NO KINGS TO THE BALLOT BOX.
Last weekend’s No Kings demonstrations brought millions out into the streets, but “this No Kings wasn't just about a protest,” Indivisible co-founder Ezra Levin said on our LIVE call on Monday.
Levin reported 3,000 events nationwide to maximize early voting, local organizing, and election-defense preparation. In ZIP codes that hosted No Kings events, early voting was 51% higher than the same Saturday in the last midterm election.
“The next thing is we got to actually get this vote out and protect the vote,” Ezra continued, delving into plans for election-defense training, community networks, and the importance of people having trusted connections if election-related disputes arise.
“You don't have to be alone. Authoritarians want you to be alone.”
That energy is showing up at the polls, with record-breaking turnout in places like Dallas County, Texas, which surpassed its 2024 presidential-year opening-day total. Now we have to keep organizing to turn those early signs of momentum into victories across the country.
CONFIDENCE IS HIGH. COMPLACENCY IS NOT AN OPTION.
Our Revolution’s recent survey of approximately 1,500 supporters offered another perspective on the organization's membership revealed 90% feel confident about a blue wave.
But CNN and polling analysts like Nate Silver are warning that polling could be skewed by up to four points in favor of Democrats — which means we can’t rest easy.
But 90% also told us they’re concerned about possible GOP interference with election results. We have to get out the vote and win by massive margins to make this TOO BIG TO RIG!
While 75% said they plan to vote early, only 13% said they knew someone planning to volunteer through phonebanking, canvassing, or helping neighbors reach polling places.
Our Revolution activists helped make tens of thousands of calls into Aisha's district — exactly the kind of grassroots operation we're now scaling up across the country heading into November.

STATE AND LOCAL RACES MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!
Three candidates joined Monday’s call and demonstrated how consequential state and local seats can be for economic policy, civil rights, and more.
ELI SAVIT: THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S POWER TO TAKE ON CORPORATE WRONGDOING
Michigan Attorney General candidate Eli Savit explained why the office is much more than the state’s top prosecutor.
A former environmental lawyer and Our Revolution endorsed county prosecutor, Savit discussed litigation against polluters, the opioid industry, and other powerful interests — and the importance of state AGs in defending election administration and constitutional rights.
“The state attorney general is the one actor that can go into court on behalf of the entire people of their state,” he said. This is especially important, he noted, as Michigan is poised to be one of the hotly contested early primary states in the 2028 presidential cycle.
VIKKI GOODWIN: BUILDING THE FIGHT IN TEXAS
Our Revolution endorsed Texas State Rep. Vikki Goodwin is running for Lieutenant Governor, a key role in the Lone Star State that has extraordinary influence over the Texas Senate's legislative agenda.
Goodwin described long early-voting lines, public concern about school vouchers and utility bills, and growing questions about the resources required by large data centers.
“Data centers have come up an awful lot because of the vast amounts of water and energy that these data centers will use,” she said.
KENNEDY MOORE: DEFENDING THE WILL OF THE VOTERS
Missouri House District 73 candidate Kennedy Moore brought a background in Ferguson activism, student organizing, and reproductive justice to the call. She’s part of a slate of Our Revolution-backed candidates running to break the GOP supermajority in the State Capitol.
“There’s a common theme of our politicians undermining the will of the people,” Kennedy said, and that conflict is also directly connected to several measures on Missouri’s November ballot that we’re organizing to win!
YES ON AMENDMENT 6 to strengthen protections for Missouri's initiative and referendum process — preventing lawmakers from weakening certain petition rules.
NO ON AMENDMENT 3 to protect reproductive freedom, including abortion access and protect gender-transition medical procedures for minors.
NO ON PROPOSITION A to reject Republicans’ gerrymandered congressional map.
CALIFORNIA BALLOT MEASURES: TAX BILLIONAIRES. EXPAND DEMOCRACY.
Speaking of ballot measures, Our Revolution is also mobilizing our
1 MILLION SUPPORTERS in California support two measures that will directly challenge the political power of the billionaire class:
VOTE YES ON PROP 40 — The California Billionaires Tax Act would raise $100 billion with a one-time 5% wealth tax and would help replace lost federal funding and protect critical programs. All without a dime of extra taxes on the middle class or small businesses.
YES ON PROP 4 to remove the California prohibition on public campaign-financing and allow local governments to establish programs with eligibility rules and spending restrictions.
FIVE MILLION VOTER CONTACTS. HELP US FINISH THE JOB.
We’re more than halfway toward our goal of five million voter contacts. Now we need to turn that work into victories.
Our Revolution's national field operation set a goal of five million voter contacts in the midterms — and we’re HALFWAY THERE!
The operation includes phonebanking, texting, canvassing, emailing, volunteer recruitment, and coordination with campaigns and local organizers.
We’re on a mission to add even more phonebanks in these last 10 days. Donate $5, $10, or $27 to our Midterms Battle Fund to support this work in the final homestretch to Election Day!
10 YEARS OF BUILDING POWER. 10 DAYS TIL ELECTION DAY. LET’S FLEX IT.
Bernie Sanders founded Our Revolution in 2016 to take on the corporate class and empower everyday people. In 10 years, we’ve helped elect more than 1,200 progressives at every level of government.
Our movement is taking on Trump, the oligarchs, and the Democratic establishment. Progressives aren’t just winning primaries. We’re building the infrastructure, mobilizing turnout, and powering the blue wave.
If we deliver the candidates, organizers, and voters, who's actually the power in the party?
