Brian Poindexter for Congress in Ohio’s 7th District

By ALL, Endorsement, OH

Brian Poindexter for Congress in Ohio’s 7th District

Our Revolution is proud to endorse Brian Poindexter for Congress in Ohio’s 7th District — a union ironworker, organizer, and public servant who knows what it means to fight for working people because he’s lived it.

Brian Poindexter isn’t a career politician. He’s been a proud union ironworker since 2007, working his way through an apprenticeship while earning a degree from Cuyahoga Community College. That experience — building things with his hands, working on job sites, and earning every step forward — is exactly the kind of working-class perspective that’s missing in Washington.

After graduating, Brian became a union organizer, helping workers who were struggling without representation gain the power and protections of a union. He later returned to the field, leading major infrastructure and construction projects across Northeast Ohio — from Playhouse Square developments to critical work at NASA Glenn Research Center. Today, he continues to give back as an apprenticeship instructor with Ironworkers Local 17, training the next generation of skilled workers.

Brian has also stepped up to serve his community in public office. Since 2017, he has been an At-Large member of Brook Park City Council, where he has consistently stood with working families. He’s opposed “Right to Work” laws, fought against school voucher schemes that undermine public education, and supported strong public institutions like the postal service and local schools.

That record matters.

At a time when corporate interests and anti-worker politicians are attacking unions, gutting public services, and rigging the economy in favor of the wealthy, Brian Poindexter represents a different kind of leadership — one rooted in solidarity, fairness, and real economic justice.

Now, Brian is running to unseat Republican incumbent Max Miller and bring that same commitment to Congress. He understands that working families in Ohio are being squeezed by rising costs, stagnant wages, and a political system that too often puts corporate profits over people.

Brian is running to change that — to fight for good-paying union jobs, strong public schools, and an economy that works for working people, not the wealthy few.

This is exactly the kind of candidate Our Revolution was built to support: someone who has organized, worked, and fought alongside their community — and who will carry that fight to Washington.

Brian Poindexter is the real deal.

Our Revolution is proud to stand with him and the grassroots movement behind his campaign. Together, we can elect a working-class champion to Congress and continue building a political revolution that puts people over profit.

When we organize, we win. ✊

Chris Rabb for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 3rd District

By ALL, Endorsement, PA

Our Revolution is proud to endorse State Representative Chris Rabb for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District — a bold, anti-establishment progressive with a proven record of fighting for working people and taking on corporate power.

For the past eight years, Chris has represented a majority-Black, mixed-income district in Philadelphia, serving nearly 70,000 constituents across four neighborhoods. In that time, he has built a reputation as a fearless advocate for economic justice, racial equity, and democratic reform — consistently standing up to corporate interests and right-wing extremism.

Chris is running on a bold progressive platform that reflects the values our movement fights for every day: Medicare for All, stronger workers’ rights, affordable housing, clean air and water, and ending U.S.-backed forever wars. He has also been a leading voice calling to abolish ICE, expand voting rights, and confront the growing threat of concentrated wealth to our democracy.

This is about more than policy — it’s about power.

Chris Rabb understands that our current political system too often serves billionaires and corporate lobbyists instead of everyday people. That’s why he’s committed to ending pay-to-play politics and building a government that answers to voters — not wealthy donors.

Pennsylvania’s 3rd District is the bluest congressional district in the country, and this is the first open primary in decades. That makes it a rare and critical opportunity to elect a true progressive champion and strengthen our movement in Congress.

At a moment when many are frustrated by the influence of big money in politics, Chris Rabb offers a clear alternative: a people-first vision rooted in community, justice, and democracy.

Our Revolution is proud to stand with Chris Rabb.

Together, we can organize, mobilize, and win — sending a bold progressive voice from Philadelphia to Washington.

When we organize, we win. ✊

Brad Lander for Congress in NY-10

By ALL, Endorsement, NY

Our Revolution is proud to endorse Brad Lander for Congress in New York’s 10th Congressional District, a proven progressive leader with a track record of delivering for working people and standing up to corporate power.

As New York City Comptroller and previously a New York City Councilmember, Lander has led the charge on issues like workers’ rights, affordable housing, and holding corporations and public institutions accountable. His leadership has consistently centered transparency, fairness, and the needs of everyday people — not wealthy insiders.

Lander has led efforts to take on corporate greed, expand public investment, and build an economy that works for the many, not the few. From advocating for stronger labor protections to pushing for bold action on climate and housing, he has shown the kind of principled leadership our movement demands.

As Comptroller, Lander has used the power of the office to challenge corporate abuses and push for responsible investment strategies that prioritize workers, communities, and long-term sustainability. He has also been a strong advocate for ethical governance and transparency, helping ensure that public dollars are used to serve the public good.

Now, Lander is running for Congress to bring that same progressive, results-driven leadership to Washington. At a time when working families are struggling with rising costs and our democracy is under threat from corporate influence and right-wing extremism, we need leaders who will stand unapologetically with the people.

Brad Lander is that leader.

Our Revolution is proud to support his campaign and the grassroots movement behind it. Together, we can elect a champion for working families, strengthen the progressive caucus, and continue building the political revolution that puts people over profit.

Our Revolution Endorses James Talarico

By ALL, Endorsement, TX

Our Revolution is proud to endorse James Talarico, a bold progressive leader who has consistently stood up for working people and challenged the extremism and corruption dominating Texas politics.

During his time in public service, Talarico has shown what it means to lead with courage and conviction. He has been a strong defender of public education, speaking out against attacks on public schools and fighting to ensure every child has access to quality education. At a time when extremist politicians are trying to dismantle public institutions and divide communities, Talarico has remained focused on expanding opportunity and protecting the common good.

Talarico has also been a clear and unwavering voice for economic justice, healthcare access, and a more accountable government. He has repeatedly challenged corporate influence and called out policies that prioritize the wealthy and well-connected over everyday people. His leadership reflects the values that Our Revolution supporters fight for every day: a government that works for working families, not corporate interests.

In a political environment increasingly dominated by division and special interests, James Talarico has demonstrated the kind of moral clarity and people-first leadership our country needs. He understands that real change comes from organizing communities, standing up to entrenched power, and building a movement that puts people over profit.

Our Revolution is proud to support James Talarico and the grassroots movement behind his campaign. Together, we can elect leaders who will fight for public education, defend democracy, and build an economy that works for everyone — not just the wealthy few.

Julio Salinas for Texas State House District 41

By ALL, Endorsement, TX

Our Revolution is proud to endorse Julio Salinas for Texas State House District 41 – a longtime organizer and capitol staffer who will fight to restore the promise of America to the Rio Grande Valley.

Jose is running to rebuild trust in our elected officials, return opportunity to the Valley, and make sure working families are prioritized – not the powerful elite. The RGV used to offer two things: a low cost of living and a community that lifted people up. Now, too many families are being crushed by rising housing costs, healthcare bills, and property taxes. Jose has the experience and drive to make a change and deliver major investments in the RGV.

A Champion for Public Education and Working Families

Throughout his career, Julio has been a steadfast advocate for:

  • Investments in education, so every child can succeed.
  • Access to affordable healthcare and mental health services.
  • Good jobs and strong labor protections, so hard work once again pays off.

He knows firsthand the challenges facing families in HD-41 — from healthcare shortages and underfunded schools to rising costs of living — and he is committed to delivering practical solutions rooted in equity and opportunity.

Rooted in Community, Not Corporate Interests

Julio’s leadership is grounded in community service, not corporate PAC money. He has built his reputation by listening to constituents, strengthening local institutions, and fighting for policies that put people before profits.

At a time when Texas families need leaders who will stand up to powerful special interests and defend public education, healthcare access, and economic justice, Julio Salinas is ready to step up.

Our Revolution exists to elect candidates who will confront oligarchic influence and champion working people. Julio Salinas embodies that mission.

We’re proud to stand with him in this critical race.

When we organize, we win. ✊

State Sen. Sarah Eckhardt for Texas Comptroller

By ALL, Endorsement, TX

Our Revolution is proud to endorse State Sen. Sarah Eckhardt for Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts — a proven public servant committed to lowering costs for working families, fighting corruption, and restoring trust in government.

At a time when Texans are facing rising housing costs, higher utility bills, and growing economic uncertainty, the office of Comptroller matters more than ever. The Comptroller is the state’s chief financial officer — responsible for managing Texas’ revenue, overseeing billions in public funds, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are spent responsibly. Texans deserve a watchdog, not a rubber stamp for corporate giveaways.

A Record of Accountability and Reform

Sarah Eckhardt has built her career on transparency and public accountability. Before serving in the Texas Senate, she was the first female Travis County Judge, where she led efforts to improve fiscal oversight, invest in infrastructure, and strengthen public services. In the Senate, she has been a consistent voice for ethical government, responsible budgeting, and policies that serve everyday Texans — not special interests.

Sarah understands that budgets are moral documents. They reflect who government chooses to prioritize. And for too long, backroom deals and blank checks to corporate insiders have eroded public trust.

As Comptroller, Sarah has pledged to:

  • End corporate handouts that don’t deliver for Texans
  • Increase transparency in how public funds are allocated
  • Ensure taxpayer dollars are invested in schools, healthcare, infrastructure, and community resilience
  • Provide honest, independent economic analysis — free from political manipulation

Putting Texans First

The Comptroller’s office should be a firewall against corruption — not a facilitator of it. Sarah Eckhardt is running to bring integrity back to state finances and make sure public resources are used to lower costs and strengthen communities.

In an era of rising oligarch influence and political profiteering, Texas needs leaders willing to stand up to special interests and put working families first. Sarah has the experience, independence, and backbone to do just that.

Our Revolution is proud to stand with Sarah Eckhardt in this critical race.

When we organize, we win. ✊

Rev. Freddie Haynes for Congress in Texas’ 30th District

By ALL, Endorsement, TX

Our Revolution is proud to endorse Rev. Freddie Haynes for U.S. Congress in Texas’ 30th District — a lifelong movement leader whose decades of pastoral leadership and community organizing in Dallas have been rooted in the fight for justice, dignity, and opportunity for all.

Rev. Haynes is not new to this struggle. As Senior Pastor of Friendship-West Baptist Church in Dallas, he has built one of the most influential faith-based institutions in Texas — using the pulpit not just for preaching, but for organizing around voting rights, economic empowerment, healthcare access, criminal justice reform, and civil rights.

A Legacy of Organizing and Advocacy

For decades, Rev. Haynes has been on the frontlines of the fight for voting rights in Texas — a state where voter suppression and attacks on democracy are ongoing. He has mobilized thousands of Texans to participate in elections, advocated for expanded ballot access, and worked to ensure communities of color are heard and represented.

His leadership extends beyond the ballot box. Rev. Haynes has consistently spoken out for:

  • Economic justice and living wages
  • Expanded access to affordable healthcare
  • Criminal justice reform
  • Civil rights protections
  • Investment in underserved communities

Through faith-based organizing and coalition-building, he has demonstrated that moral clarity and political courage can move people into action.

A Voice for Working Families in Washington

Rev. Haynes is running for Congress because he believes working families in TX-30 deserve bold, accountable leadership that will fight for healthcare, good-paying jobs, and equal justice under the law — not corporate PAC money and political insiders.

At a time when billionaire influence threatens our democracy and too many politicians hesitate to challenge entrenched power, Rev. Haynes brings a lifetime of fearless advocacy. His campaign is grounded in community, faith, and a deep commitment to justice.

Our Revolution exists to elect leaders who will stand with the people and confront systems that prioritize profit over human dignity. Rev. Freddie Haynes embodies that mission.

We are proud to stand with him in this race.

When we organize, we win. ✊

Patty Garcia for U.S. Congress in Illinois’ 4th District

By ALL, Endorsement, IL

Patty Garcia for U.S. Congress in Illinois’ 4th District

Our Revolution is proud to endorse Patty Garcia for U.S. Congress in Illinois’ 4th Congressional District — a proven community leader, public servant, and progressive advocate who has spent her career fighting for working families, immigrant rights, and economic justice.

Patty Garcia was born and raised in the Southwest Side of Chicago and now lives in Cicero, right in the heart of IL-04. She has more than 15 years of experience working alongside immigrant and working-class families across the country, helping make government work for the people it’s supposed to serve.

Her deep ties to the district and long record of community service make her uniquely qualified to represent the diverse needs of this deeply Democratic and historically under-represented region.

Before launching her congressional campaign, Patty served as District Director and Chief of Staff to Congressman Jesús “Chuy” García, where she helped lead the office’s work on transportation, infrastructure, education policy, and constituent services — from keeping families housed to securing resources for tenants, homeowners, and small businesses.

Her leadership earned the trust of organizers, community advocates, and frontline leaders who know she delivers real results for working people.

Throughout her career, she has stood with immigrant families facing detention and deportation, worked to expand educational opportunities, supported labor rights, and fought to make government more accountable to everyday people — not corporate interests. Her campaign launch at La Chiquita grocery store, where she worked as a teenager, highlighted her deep connection to local communities and her commitment to uplifting working families.

Unlike career politicians beholden to big money, Patty has the policy experience and grassroots sensibility to tackle the issues working people face every day: healthcare, fair wages, immigration reform, investment in infrastructure and schools, and economic justice.

Her progressive leadership would bring a much-needed voice to Congress rooted in lived experience and community accountability — exactly the kind of change our movement is fighting for.

In this moment of rising economic pressure and growing attacks on democratic rights, leaders like Patty Garcia show what people-powered politics can achieve when we organize together. Our Revolution is proud to stand with her — and we look forward to helping build the grassroots energy needed to send her to Washington to fight for working families in Congress.

When we organize, we win.
