Earlier this year, Avelo Airlines quietly signed on to fly deportation flights for ICE — turning our airports into launchpads for tearing families apart.
But thanks to public outcry and grassroots action, the pressure is already working. In Burbank, California, Our Revolution members joined local activists to push Avelo to shut down its base. That victory sent a clear message: communities won’t tolerate corporations profiting from cruelty.
Now we’re taking the fight to Maryland and Maine.
Why We’re Targeting BWI and Portland Jetport
Both states have a choice:
Stand with immigrant families and refuse to do business with an airline ripping families apart — or turn a blind eye while our tax dollars bankroll Trump’s deportation machine.
How We Win
In Burbank, grassroots protests, billboards, and boycotts made it impossible for Avelo to ignore public opposition. Now we’re ready to do it again — and again — until no airline wants its brand tied to ICE’s cruelty.
We know this works. We’ve seen it. But we need a wave of public pressure to force decision‑makers in Maryland and Maine to act.
Add your name to demand state and local officials cut ties with Avelo — and any airline — that runs deportation flights for ICE. Together, we can shut down the deportation pipeline.
When we organize, we win.

At a pivotal moment for our democracy, more than 5,000 Our Revolution members have spoken—and their message is crystal clear:
It’s time to Defund the Oligarchs and return the Democratic Party to the people.
In our latest grassroots survey, members told us exactly what priorities they want to see in the fight to take back our democracy and build real power for working people over the next four years:
But while the grassroots is ready to fight for bold change, the Democratic Party’s leadership is falling behind.
And perhaps most damning:
Behind closed doors, Democratic leaders and high-paid consultants are crafting a long-term strategy for the Party’s future. They’re calling it Project 2029—but to our members, it looks like more of the same:
A plan to protect insider power, ignore the base, and sideline the bold ideas that inspire people to get involved.
The truth is, consultants and corporate donors don’t knock doors. They don’t organize rallies, talk to neighbors, or build movements. The grassroots does.
If Democrats want to beat Trump and the Oligarchs, they need to start trusting the people—not the donor class.
Our members are calling for a true opposition party—one that doesn’t back down from oligarchic power, that puts working people first, and that leads with courage and vision. The good news is: that’s exactly what Our Revolution is fighting for.
We’re organizing to challenge the status quo from the ground up—with the candidates, policies, and power-building strategies that can actually win.
Join us in building that future.
Our Revolution is proud to endorse
Donavan McKinney
for Congress in Michigan’s 13th District!
Born and raised in Detroit, Donavan knows firsthand the challenges working-class families face. He’s lived them—and he’s spent his life fighting back. In the State House, he’s been a leading voice on the frontlines of environmental justice, voting rights, and economic equity. Now he’s ready to take that fight to Washington.
Donavan joined Our Revolution’s national organizing call and told us his story:
“I grew up poor, moving over 13 times in Detroit’s 13th district. I didn’t know where my next meal was coming from,” he said. “In 10th grade, my mom was crying because another young black kid was murdered in our neighborhood. She looked me in the eyes and said, ‘You have to survive.’ That moment made me realize we need to fight for a better community.”
As a state representative, Donovan has stood up to oligarchic influence:
“I’ve taken on the utilities companies and told them I won’t vote for something to give them more money while we sit in the dark. I’ve taken on contractors that were gouging our state… we passed one of the strongest ethics packages in the state’s history.”
This is what real progressive leadership looks like: someone who doesn’t just talk about justice, but delivers it. Someone rooted in the community, who will bring the voices of everyday people to the halls of Congress.
With your support, Donavan McKinney can help build the people-powered movement we need to take back our democracy and deliver for working families.
Let’s win MI-13—for the people.

We’re excited to announce Our Revolution’s endorsement of
Robert Peters
for Congress in Illinois’ 2nd District!
Robert is a proven progressive fighter — a former grassroots organizer who’s spent his career standing up for working people, not corporate power.
In the Illinois State Senate, Robert helped lead the fight to end cash bail, expand voting rights, and invest in mental health care and youth jobs — policies rooted in justice, dignity, and equity.
Now he’s taking that fight to Washington.
Robert joined Our Revolution’s national organizing call and shared his story: “I was born hard of hearing and adopted by a civil rights lawyer and a social worker,” he shared. “When my family struggled, neighbors had their doors open. That’s what government should do—be there for people in times of need.”
Robert is a movement candidate through and through — organizing alongside working-class communities long before he ever held office. In the Illinois State Senate, he fought to end cash bail and redirect public resources from billionaire profiteers back to the people.
Robert has fought for economic and criminal justice reforms and won: “We moved from a system where people are jailed based on money to one based on safety.” He has passed laws to strengthen labor protections, including banning captive audience meetings and protecting temp workers from being used as strikebreakers.
His vision is clear: “Nobody should worry about healthcare, food, or housing. We need to restore dignity to working people and stand up to billionaires who put profits before people.”
We need more movement leaders in Congress — people who come from the struggle and are accountable to our communities, not billionaire donors.
Join Our Revolution and help elect Robert Peters — a working-class champion for IL-02 and for all of us.

GRASSROOTS DEFEAT MUSK IN WISCONSIN!
Elon Musk just got handed a major defeat in Wisconsin — and we showed the country he’s not invincible, and that when we mobilize together, we can stand up to even the wealthiest billionaire bullies.
But let’s be clear: Musk is far from defeated.
Right now, Musk and Trump’s plans to gut the Social Security administration are starting to take effect, their attacks on NPR & PBS are at a fever pitch, and their legislation to gut Medicaid is coming to fruition.
Here’s the good news: Musk’s humiliation in Wisconsin has Republicans panicking and looking to distance themselves from his destructive DOGE agenda.
We have a narrow, critical window to exploit this growing division to protect programs that millions of Americans count on every single day. The Our Revolution team has just decided to double down on targeting vulnerable Republicans to stop Musk & DOGE in its tracks.
Let’s not forget the havoc Musk’s DOGE agenda has already unleashed: Thousands of critical public jobs gutted from USAID and DHHS. Entire departments slashed, undermining health, education, and humanitarian efforts globally.
Musk’s defeat in Wisconsin was a resounding condemnation of his agenda. He put himself on the ballot with his vote-buying antics and million dollar check event last weekend.
Our Mobilization Team called and texted over 60,000 supporters in Wisconsin – and we proved that when we organize we do win! And as Bernie put it, Musk’s Wisconsin setback proves something powerful: when we unite, our grassroots movement of everyday people can defeat the wealthiest person on earth.
Senate Democrats could have blocked the GOP spending bill.
Instead, Chuck Schumer and 9 other Democratic Senators CAVED.
We asked more than 9,000 progressives what they thought:
From the text box (5,000+ comments):
“Schumer has been an embarrassment for years. We need an opposition party, the Democrats are anything but!”
“I’m a lifelong Democrat, but I’m so frustrated and discouraged that I’m thinking of becoming an Independent.”
“If you don’t get your shit together real fast, it’s gonna be too late.”
“I changed my voter registration to ‘None. No Party.’ The Dems need to fight harder/more viciously.”
“Wearing pink and holding a *** sign is doing nothing. FIGHT BACK. This is the battle for democracy and you think that wearing a pink sweater is going to do a damn thing?! F*** the high road. Fight dirty.”
“This is why democrats lost and will continue to lose. Listen to Bernie!”
“Betrayal.”
“Don’t let them mess with my social security.”
“Weak, unorganized, lost.”
“I am frustrated. The direction of the democratic party has been a disaster.”
“Wildly frustrated and defeated. The GOP has been playing dirty for over 10 years. Why do the Dems keep rolling over and letting them win every time? Now it’s reached a point where we may not come back from this. You’re failing all of us.”
“I’m angry and embarrassed.”
“The whole party has lost its way. If the Party doesn’t change it’s way it will cease to have any influence.”
“Bernie for speaker!”
“So many of them talk about how dangerous Trump and the Republicans are but are essentially complicit through their inaction or in this case action.”
“They have voted to help Trump kill us. Sickening and deeply disappointing.”
“What a bunch of weak and disgraceful representatives.”
“There’s no way to reform the party. I’ve given up.”
“Cowardice.”
“We need a viable third party. Bernie, I don’t trust you anymore. I can’t make another donation because I’m worried you’ll sell out to the Democrats again.”“I quit. Changing to Independent after being a lifelong Dem. No spine.”
“I’m in shock. Why do they do this to us?”
“Democrats are too wimpy / not listening to ordinary people.”
“I’m feeling very alienated.”
“Disgusted at the capitulation.”
“We need new leadership!!”
“My party has no backbone!”
“Appalled.”
“FIGHT BACK. THE FUTURE OF OUR COUNTRY IS AT STAKE!”
“Finished. Done. They are Republican lite. There is no party for us.”
“AOC should primary Schumer.”
